SHIPPING

Orders that are placed between 10.00 - 16.00 Monday to Friday will be processed and posted using Hermes or Royal mail within 3 working days, if you would like to use another postal service please contact us before purchasing.

 

COLLECTION

All orders are available for collection from Barwell, Leicestershire, please select the clollection option at checkout and one of our team will get back to you to arrange a time mutually convenient to us both.

 

RETURN POLICY

We hope that you will be delighted with your products, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us quoting your order number, name, address, description of the product and reason for return. We will then contact you to arrange and confirm the return.

All items must be returned in the same condition as you received them.

• Be unworn and Unwashed

• Have all tags attached and/or in original packaging

• Have no marks or stains

• Should not smell of washing powder, odour or perfume

For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery, cosmetics or face coverings. We cannot offer refunds on swimwear/underwear briefs.

Garment inspections are carried out on all returned items. If they do not meet the standards of our return policy they will not be accepted for a refund. 

Please retain proof of postage when returning items back to us.
